I had a lovely stay at this hotel situated in a quiet area just a short stroll from the marina, which made exploring Palma easy. The staff were pleasant and helpful, which made my experience even better. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, though the dining area could use some larger cups for those who enjoy coffee. Overall, it was a very clean and comfortable hotel, but I would have preferred more storage in the rooms for longer stays.

While the hotel has friendly staff and a decent atmosphere, I found the room issues and cold breakfast to be disappointing. The spa is an added cost which wasn't clear, and the ice charge felt a bit petty. Overall, it served as an adequate base, but I would consider other options next time.
